Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Level Experienced working Construction Superintendent that has knowledge within multiple construction areas such as Multi-Family and Commercial Construction. These areas include the design-build commercial/residential markets and/or public hard bid market. The Sr. Construction Superintendent is responsible for the entire onsite activities of a large construction project. Superintendents are responsible for every carpenter, every subcontractor, and every detail. This Sr. Superintendent will be building a team and driving craftsmanship.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Working Superintendent -full senior level carpentry skills
- Holding ourselves and subcontractors to the highest possible quality
- Following plans, blueprints and specifications
- Detail oriented
- Maintain a clean and organized job site; to increase job site efficiencies and safety.
- Excellent communication at multiple levels
- Ensure all layouts
- Assist the Project Managers with creating schedules and following the schedule dates
- Receive materials
- Maintain onsite safety requirements according to OSHA and company standards
- Ensure all team members are being efficient in their work assignments
- Coordinate with all subcontractors
- Review and approve Carpenter’s time cards
- Building a team of skilled carpenters and laborers
Qualifications
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Carpenter or Associates Degree in Carpentry/Construction
- At least 3 years of experience as a Superintendent
- Additional leadership experience a plus
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license (*or will obtain Wisconsin license within 30 days)
- Highly organized and effective skilled communication is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 to 120,000.00 annually depending upon qualifications and experience
